| 4 oz. | sour cream |
| lemon | juice |
Directions:
Guacamole can be used as a dip, salad dressing, or topping for hamburgers and nachos.Chop and mix a ripe avocado.
Add about 5 drops of lemon juice to keep the avocado mixture from turning brown.
Add sour cream and spices.
