Lamb Chop Chili Instructions: 1. In a large soup pot saute lamb, onions and peppers until the meat is browned (Drain excess fat) 2. Add chili sauce, paprika, tomato puree, garlic, chili powder, and tomato juice. Simmer 1 hour then add salt, pepper, tabasco and worcestershire. Add diced tomatoes. Consistency should be slightly thick when finished. For serving, place 4 oz. chili on a 10" plate then saute or broil (2) 4 oz. lamb chops w/long bones, then place over chili with the bones criss crossed. Print this recipe
