  • 3 tb Shallots - minced
  • 2 c Whipping cream
  • 1/4 ts Lemon peel - grated
  • 1 c Tomatoes - Italian plum,
  • -peeled, seeded and chopped
  • OR drained chopped canned
  • -Italian plum tomatoes
  • Minced fresh basil
