  • 2 md Tart apples, peeled & cored

  • 1/3 c Orange juice
  • 2 Scallions, green parts only
  • -- thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c Currants
  • 1 ds Cinnamon, nutmeg
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tb Freshly minced parsley
  • 1/2 c Pecans
