Herbed Vegetable Combo Recipe


Recipe serves:
Herbed Vegetable Combo Ingredients:

2 tb Water
1/8 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Caraway seeds
1/4 c Chopped onion
1/4 c Celery, cut in 2-inch strip
strips
1/2 c Green pepper, cut in 2-inch
1 1/4 c Yellow sqush, thinly sliced
1 c Zucchini, thinly sliced
1 md Tomato, cut into 8 wedges

Herbed Vegetable Combo Instructions:

Heat water in large non-stick frying pan.
Add zucchini, yellow squash, green pepper, celery and onion.
Cover and cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 4 minutes.
Sprinkle seasonings over.
Top with tomato wedges.
Cover and cook over low heat until tomato wedges are just heated, about 2 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
