Herbed Vegetable Combo Recipe

Recipe yield:

Ingredients:

2 tb Water
1/8ts Garlic powder
1/2ts Caraway seeds
1/4c Chopped onion (On Sale)
1/4c Celery, cut in 2-inch strip
strips
1/2c Green pepper, cut in 2-inch
1 1/4c Yellow sqush, thinly sliced
1 c Zucchini, thinly sliced
1 md Tomato, cut into 8 wedges

Directions:

Heat water in large non-stick frying pan.
Add zucchini, yellow squash, green pepper, celery and onion.
Cover and cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 4 minutes.
Sprinkle seasonings over.
Top with tomato wedges.
Cover and cook over low heat until tomato wedges are just heated, about 2 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
