  • 1 Garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tb Olive oil
  • 3 tb Butter
  • 1 1/2 c Water
  • 1 1/4 c Dry white wine
  • Fresh parsley sprigs (opt)
