  • 1/3 c Dried mung beans
  • drained & roughly chopped
  • skinned. Soaked 30 min,
  • 1/2 c Raw peanuts; shelled and
  • peeled & chunked
  • 1 Sweet potato
  • large chunks
  • peeled & cut into
  • 1 lb Pumkin or butternut squash
  • & cut into 1 inch sections
